Shipping Dashboard in beta

We’ve launched the Shipping Dashboard, a market-first tool that helps merchants better understand and optimise their shipping operations.

Do you ever wonder:

• Which carriers do you actually use the most, and how that affects your business?
• Which carriers tend to deliver faster or with fewer issues?
• How often do those “Where’s my package?” calls come in — and could you spot problem shipments before customers call?

The dashboard gives you visibility into these questions by showing data on carrier volumes, delivery times, and package issues. You can read more about it from our Help Center.

This is just the beginning, and we’d love your input to shape what comes next: which data points matter most to you, what’s missing, and what would truly help with your day-to-day shipping challenges.

Post-checkout products in one place

Merchants can now easily discover post-checkout products directly from the Settings page. From here, you can explore our offering, learn about each feature, and activate the ones that fit your needs – all in one streamlined location.

Financing calculator for WooCommerce

Give your shoppers an upfront look at potential financing costs and make it easier for them to understand affordability before they commit. Customers can adjust the repayment period and see indicative monthly costs.

Configuration is done in the WooCommerce admin panel. To learn more, check out our Help Center for detailed setup instructions.

We’ve already seen that showing costs upfront significantly improves the chances of products being purchased with Financing – a big win for both merchants and shoppers.

Localised Merchant Analytics

We’ve started making Merchant Analytics available in local languages so that it matches the language you’ve chosen in the Partner System. This way, the whole experience feels consistent and easy to use.

The first version is already live in Polish, and Latvian will follow soon. Support for Estonian and Lithuanian is also on the way, though it might take a little longer due to a limitation of our data platform.
