Montonio Finance OÜ, together with its subsidiary Montonio Finance UAB, is implementing Odoo as the group’s central accounting and integration platform and building automated, standardised, secure, and machine-readable data exchange between Odoo and the surrounding systems — including banks, the e-invoicing network, tax authorities (EMTA and VMI), and HR and billing platforms.

Project objective

To automate the group’s financial and business processes so that data moves automatically across the whole group (Estonia and Lithuania) as well as between the group, its partners, and public authorities.

Project result

A group-wide ERP platform with automated real-time data exchange, reducing manual work and increasing value added per employee.

The project is co-funded by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund through Enterprise and Innovation Foundation (EIS).
