Merchant Analytics
Transaction insights are once again available in the Montonio Partner System, with improvements already in place and more to come.
Merchants can now see a detailed overview of sales volumes and payment types. This first version includes core data and is updated once per day. Currently, all data is displayed in English and shown in euros.
We’re working on enhancing the experience by adding more data points, including refunds and shipping information.

Post-Checkout Improvements: Pick List Feature Now Available

Packing orders just got faster and more efficient. Montonio’s new Pick List feature is now live in the Partner System, making it easier to handle order fulfilment in one place.
With this tool, you can generate, print, and manage comprehensive pick lists for selected orders directly in Montonio. There’s no need to switch between systems during fulfilment. You can sort and filter the pick list by order date or shipping provider, allowing your team to adapt the workflow based on operational needs or delivery partners.
The feature also includes a grouped products view, which summarises the total quantity of each product across selected orders. This is especially useful for bulk picking and helps minimise repetitive movement in the warehouse. Duplicate product quantities are marked, helping avoid missed items in multi-unit orders.
With just a few clicks, you can print either a detailed or grouped pick list, reducing errors and improving speed in your packing process.

Faster Order Exports
Exporting order data is now significantly faster. Depending on the number of orders, generating an export can now be up to 10 times quicker, helping you save time and streamline reporting.
Automatic BLIK Fee Deductions
Montonio now automatically deducts fees from BLIK payments. You no longer need to handle these charges manually—fees are applied directly to the payouts, making reconciliation easier and reducing extra steps for your finance team.
