March 2026 product updates: Polish expansion and smarter shipping automation

This month’s updates focus on giving you more flexibility and saving you time on manual tasks. We’ve significantly expanded our footprint in Poland with new carrier integrations and introduced highly requested automation features for courier pickups and order fulfilment.

Here’s what’s new at Montonio.

Recurring courier pickups

You no longer need to manually book a courier every time you have orders ready to go. We’ve introduced recurring courier pickups, allowing you to automate your shipping workflow based on your store’s volume. When creating a pickup in the Partner System, you can now choose from three options:

  • One-time: A pickup created for a specific date with no repeats.
  • Daily: A pickup that occurs every working day.
  • Weekly: A pickup that occurs every week, starting from a specified date.

To cancel, simply find a pickup with the "Scheduled" status in the courier pickup drawer. Once cancelled, all future recurring pickups will be removed.

Expanded Polish coverage: ORLEN Paczka and InPost

We have completed a full integration of Orlen Paczka as a carrier, enabling parcel machine delivery across Poland. This integration supports both direct merchant contracts and Montonio-managed contracts, with full return shipment support.

Additionally, we have added Montonio’s own contract for InPost. Both carriers support pickup point delivery with the following size-based pricing tiers:

  • Small: 8 × 38 × 64 cm
  • Medium: 19 × 38 × 64 cm
  • Large: 41 × 38 × 64 cm

The maximum parcel weight is 20kg for ORLEN Paczka and 25kg for InPost.

Returns for Montonio International Shipping

Managing international returns is now more streamlined. For Montonio International Shipping (Nova Post) courier deliveries, merchants can create returns directly from the shipment drawer in the Partner System using the "Print return label" button.

Once the return is created, Nova Post will dispatch a courier on the next business day to the original recipient’s delivery address. Customers will receive an SMS notification with the pickup details.

Improved pick lists for WooCommerce

To help your warehouse team work faster, our pick lists now include product attributes like size or colour, collected from all available order and product details. This gives merchants more visibility into exactly what items need to be picked and compiled for specific parcels, reducing the risk of packing errors.
