April 2026 product updates: Smarter reporting and new delivery options
April 14, 2026

This month, we've focused on making your day-to-day operations smoother – from a rebuilt reporting experience that simplifies reconciliation to new delivery options that give your customers more flexibility.

Here's what's new at Montonio.

Updated reports (beta)

We've rebuilt order exports from the ground up. The new reports combine order and payout data on the same row, making reconciliation significantly easier for your accounting team.

Here's what's included:

  • Order and payout data combined: No more cross-referencing between separate exports. Everything you need sits on a single row.
  • Gross and net amounts: Order totals and fees are broken out into separate columns for cleaner bookkeeping.
  • Updated refund fees: Refund fees now display as zero, giving you a more accurate picture when reconciling refunded orders.
  • Abandoned orders: Included in the export to give you more options for internal analytics.
  • Payment descriptions: For payment link orders, the description is now part of the export.

This should now be a one-stop report for your accountants – whether matching fees against your Montonio invoice or reconciling payments against your bank statement.

Reports v2 is currently in beta with selected merchants. If you'd like early access, reach out to our support team.

Clearer balances and payouts

We've updated the Payouts page in Partner System to make your financial overview more intuitive. Several column headers have been renamed for clarity, and we've streamlined the page to keep the focus on what matters most.

Here's what changed:

  • Amount is now Ready for payout – shows funds that Montonio has received and will include in your next payout.
  • Pending amount is now Processing balance – better reflects that these funds are still in transit.
  • Estimated payout is now Next payout – simpler and more direct.
  • Removed Estimated arrival date – since actual payout timing depends on several factors, we've replaced this with the clearer Next payout label above.

Product images in pick lists

Make order fulfillment faster and reduce packing errors by providing a clear visual guide for your warehouse team. You can now include product images directly in your generated pick lists.

Here's how it works:

  • Simple toggle: When clicking Create pick list in the Shipments view, simply turn on the Include product images setting.
  • Smart image handling: If your registered shipments include product images, they will automatically appear next to the product details.
  • Clean layouts: If your list contains a mix of products with and without images, a No image placeholder will be shown for the missing ones to keep the document organized. If none of the products in your selection have images, the list will generate normally without any blank placeholders.

DPD international returns

Managing cross-border returns just got easier. For DPD international shipments (outside the Baltics) that are in delivered status, you can now generate and print return labels directly from the shipment drawer in Partner System.

Share the label with your customer, and they can return the parcel through DPD's European network.

Omniva cash on delivery

You can now offer cash on delivery for Omniva shipments. This gives your customers the option to pay when they receive their parcel – a proven way to reduce checkout hesitation, especially for first-time buyers.

This feature is currently available for merchants with direct Omniva contracts.
