In January, our Product Team focused on features that help you scale – whether that’s by reaching customers across 20+ new markets, streamlining your logistics, or making it easier for your customers to keep track of their orders.
Here’s what’s new at Montonio.
Tracking page makeover and Apple Wallet support
Our tracking pages have received a makeover to ensure your customers have all the information they need in a clear, modern layout. Alongside the new design, we have also released Apple Wallet order tracking to make it even easier for your customers to stay updated on the go.
- Apple Wallet integration: iOS users will now see an Add to Wallet badge on their tracking page.
- Stay updated: Once added, customers can view their order status and purchased items directly within their Apple Wallet.
- Push notifications: When a shipment status changes, customers receive a push notification on their phone, keeping them informed in real-time without needing to refresh a link.

Reach 20+ new markets with DPD by Montonio
DPD by Montonio got a lot more capable. If shipping from Estonia, you can now reach customers in 25 European countries using both courier and pickup point delivery.
- Where can you ship? From the Baltics across Europe. Check out the full list here.
- Simple pricing: We’ve kept things transparent. Courier prices are based on weight, while pickup point prices are determined by parcel size.
- Plan your costs: We’ve updated our Shipping Calculator, so you can use it to calculate prices for all carriers.
- WooCommerce users: To access all the new routes, just update your plugin to the newest version.
Unisend courier support for direct contracts
If you have a direct contract with Unisend, you can now manage courier shipments through Montonio. This update allows you to create courier shipments across the Baltics using your own Unisend rates.
- How it works: The process for parcel lockers and handover methods is the same as our other shipping methods.
- Automatic scheduling: If you choose the courier pickup method, your parcels are added to the pickup request automatically, so you don't have to do it manually.
Cancel courier pickups with ease
We’ve added the ability to cancel scheduled courier pickups directly within the Partner System. This is currently available for Omniva and Montonio International Shipping (Nova Post).
How it works
Open the Courier pickups view, click on the pickup you want to cancel, and use the Cancel button. Note that same-day pickups or pickups from the past cannot be cancelled.
Better visibility
We have added statuses to the courier pickups table so you can track your requests:
- Created: The pickup is successfully scheduled
- Cancelled: The pickup has been cancelled
- Pending: The scheduling process is still finishing
